PETITION BY AIR BNB HOSTS OF TSAVO FEDHA TO MANAGEMENT TO REPLACE AND BE ROTATING THE SECURITY PERSONNEL TO WEED OUT CASES OF IMPUNITY, COLLUSION AND HARASSMENT OF CLIENTS

In the recent past, security personnel at the reception have shown impunity and entitlement that is not good for business. some collude with cleaners to check in guests behind our backs, some openly harass guests to rooms where they don't have keys to among other cases. We want the personnel to be rotated if possible every three months and the current ones to be moved to other places.
