Scarborough residents have waited long enough for fair, reliable transit. Our community deserves a full subway connection — linking Line 2 (Kennedy Station) to Line 4 (Don Mills Station) — with 11 new stations serving our growing neighbourhoods, schools, and business hubs.

This Scarborough Subway Extension will:
✅ Reduce congestion and travel time
✅ Connect the University of Toronto Scarborough, West Hill, and Guildwood
✅ Boost local jobs, accessibility, and economic growth
✅ Provide clean, reliable, and future-ready transit

John Norton : This is complete nonesense. Why do you think Scarborough deserves higher order transit before the Waterfront East LRT is funded and built. There is an entire community the size of the down town that is currently and already partially built with zero transit serving it. none, except for a infrequent bus. Why is Scarborough a higher priority than that entire community? Scarborough already has transit. And had the people of Scarborough not fought to have it cancelled there was an entire LRT extension planned that would have served more people over a larger area in Scarborough. So no I don't think you deserve a subway " just because " there are other more pressing transit priorities in this city. to think that all that money should go to serving an area that has transit while another part of the city has none is ludicrous to me. shame on whoever came up with this delusional idea.

Alex N : While I sympathize and support all transit initiatives, I dont think this petition is aware that there is already a Scarborough Subway Extension in construction since 2023. The tunneling has begun.
