Petition for the subjected 5% increase on the Unemployed Garduate Placement Programme 3rd Cohort which is stipulated on the framework, we seek clarity on the agency which is deducted certain amounts of money on our stipends without our knowledge and expectations. We request that we can get a response within 5 working business days. There is an agency that deducts R140 from our salaries which was not communicated with us. We are told the increase was dispatched last year but we are not receiving the money
